How does ultraviolet treatment work?
UVRER sterilizers use ultraviolet type C (UV-C) radiation to eliminate potentially dangerous microorganisms present in your water sources. This light, at a precise wavelength, destroys the DNA of these microorganisms, rendering them harmless and incapable of reproducing.
So when you run the water you want to treat through a UV sterilizer, it is exposed to UV light which gets to work destroying these microorganisms.
The effectiveness of disinfection will depend on the flow rate to be treated and the quality of the water before treatment. Depending on these characteristics, UVRER supports you in choosing the sterilizer best suited to your needs, among all of our product ranges.
